We have the right to change these terms and conditions. You agree that the latest version of these terms and conditions will always apply to our agreement.
Article 2 – The product
Studmuphin designs and sells high quality leather bags and accessories from our facility in Italy. Every product mentioned contains an accurate and full description. The actual product may differ from the photo due to lighting. We do our absolute best to capture the original product as well as possible.
Article 3 – Payment
All prices showen on our website are with taxes, unless stated otherwise. All payments are being provided through online payment service provider Mollie. Studmuphin® offers complimentary shipping for all orders, however the customer is responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes.
Article 4 – Delivery
We deliver your product to the address you provided with the order. You can not change the address if we have already sent the package. PostNL or DHL provides the distribution. Once the package has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace Code, which will allow you to follow the order.
We will do our best to deliver the order as quickly as possible. If the order is delayed, we will inform by e-mail. We guarantee that you will receive the order within 30 days of confirmation of the order. If Studmuphin® is not able to send you your item within 30 days, you can:
A – aks for a money refund of the amount you paid.
B – request a replacement product of the same value.
Article 5 – Return
You may always return the product within 14 days after you have received it. You can do this with the return form or by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once you have received a confirmation from us, you must send the product within 14 days. If we have received the product, we will refund the full purchase amount within 14 days. The costs for the return shipment are at your expense.
During the consideration time, the consumer must carefully handle the product and the packaging. He will only extract or use the product to the extent necessary to determine the product’s nature, characteristics and workability. Products showing visible traces of usage can not be returned. Also products with a broken seal are not accepted.
The consumer will send the product(s) back with all delivered accessories, in it’s original condition and original packaging. The consumer is responsible for the return costs.
Article 6 – Liability
We are not liable for the damage caused by the use of a product. This does not apply if such damage is caused by our intentions, gross negligence or conscious recklessness. Your right to compensation will in any case be the maximum amount of the paid product.
Article 7 – Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights (such as: copyrights, figurative marks, word marks) on our texts, pictures, images and other materials are our property. Your use should not be infringed.
Article 8 – Complaints
If you have any complaint about the performance of the agreement, we would love to hear from you. Send us your complaint as soon as possible (and as fully as possible) to email@example.com. We will process your complaint within 5 days of receiving your e-mail.
If it takes longer to settle your claim, you will receive a confirmation within 3 days about when you can expect an in-depth response. If we can not resolve the complaint. Any dispute that can accure will be settled within our dispute settlement.
Article 9 – Disputes
On these terms and conditions and the agreements Dutch law applies. All disputes shall be under the competence of the court in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
